Our Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Paige Tremblay, is the daughter of an immigrant, and has worked in US Corporate Immigration for over 15 years, across law firm and in-house environments. She has seen her family, friends, and clients try to understand and manage confusing immigration documents, dates, and filings for them and their families. They send emails to their employers, to law firms, and even post on forums to get answers - it is unnecessarily stressful.

She has also worked with organizations managing critical compliance infrastructure with fragmented systems, manual tracking, and processes that are not built to scale.

Paige understand the gap between what immigration compliance requires and what most people and organizations can actually execute well, and is determined to improve your peace of mind, immigration program, and build something better for immigrants and in-house teams.
